Responsibilities:

The Shared Service Center (SSC) department supports the technical departments of Central Technology in all commercial matters, from business forecasting to project controlling.

We are looking for commercial support for our team of planning construction and MEP engineers at our location in Munich.

After a training period of approximately 4-6 weeks at our commercial department in Stuttgart, you will be involved in the following main tasks:

Commercial support for a technical organizational unit, including cost accounting, controlling, and planning tasks
Assistance with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Uploading files for internal cost allocation into the ERP system
Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Participation in forecasts/planning
Consulting with relevant departments and managers on the abovementioned topics
General organizational support for the organizational units at the Munich location
Occasional assistance tasks
Coordination tasks specific to the location

Qualifications:

Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk in the construction industry and/or with a degree in business administration
Professional experience in the described commercial tasks is desirable
Experience and knowledge in project controlling is desirable
IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS Office and commercial standard software
Strong communication skills, flexibility, commitment, and a strong customer orientation
Team spirit, ability to work interdisciplinary, and a serviceoriented mindset
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is an advantage
