For our client company Siemens, we are looking for you - as an Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d) in Penig starting from

Your tasks:

Timely processing of incoming orders, disposition of needs, order confirmation and customer communication
Timely procurement of required spare parts, services and tools
Order processing for warranty orders
Delivery of customer orders (creating delivery, preparing shipment)
Engineering data management and maintenance (partially price information and material data sets) of old data for correct order processing

Your qualifications:

Relevant vocational degree or degree in business administration/economics or comparable education

Professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity desired

Proficient in
MS Office:
Experience with
SAP is a plus
