What you will be doing

  • You will be responsible for assessing and reviewing systems for handling hazardous substances.
  • You will support our clients in the planning, construction, commissioning, and operation of systems that handle or store hazardous substances. You will ensure compliance with legal regulations and the requirements of the AwSV (Ordinance on Systems for Handling Hazardous Substances) as well as appropriate measures for environmental protection.
  • You will review submitted documents, determine compliance with legal regulations, and develop necessary measures to meet requirements.
  • You will conduct inspections and tests of systems to assess their safety and environmental compatibility. This includes checking proper storage, the condition of containment devices, the functionality of safety equipment, and the effectiveness of operating procedures. You will prepare expert opinions and document your test results.
  • You will stay informed about changes and updates to legal requirements in the field of AwSV and ensure that our clients always comply with current requirements. You will provide legal assessments and support the implementation of necessary measures to comply with regulations.
