REGIONAL MANAGER (m/f/d)

Bavaria:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for the management and development of SAUSALITOS locations in your region
You will promote entrepreneurial thinking among your teams and work together with them to generate new ideas, particularly for increasing sales
You will be responsible for:
Sales development
Achieving personnel and inventory targets

- "Daily Business ToDos"

Coordination with authorities
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with our system gastronomy standards (metrics, marketing, etc.)
You will ensure that all SAUSALITOS hygiene guidelines, legal requirements, and HACCP standards are met in our locations
Conducting regular cash register checks is also part of your responsibilities
You will be responsible for the operational and disciplinary management of location managers and district managers in your region
Promoting and further training employees in your region is a given for you
You will ensure close collaboration with central departments (e.g. marketing, accounting, maintenance, and HR)

YOUR PROFILE:

You have several years of experience in a leadership role in the gastronomy industry, ideally in a similar position
You have strong communication skills, are assertive, and a team
