Program Manager

Chicago, IL

Contract

  • Experience in chemical/oil and gas /material handling system preferred.
  • Experience in developing and governing high performing geographically dispersed multidisciplinary teams to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Delivers cuttingedge solutions, business value, and world class service as a problem solver.
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders including plant managers and unit supervisors across various manufacturing unites.
  • Developed and manage project expenditure budgets ranging from $10k to $50MM.
  • Ensured projects are designed and successfully completed within budget and timeline constraints while maintaining quality delivery.
  • Analyzed design for continuous process improvement to update and modify processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with structured thinking to proactively recognize business challenges, diagnose, and frame problems, develop solutions, communicate complex analysis and insights.
  • Experience in working in HVEC (High Value Engineering Center) onsite/Offshore model.
  • Experience in chemical/oil and gas /material handling system preferred.
