- Assisting in updating laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Collaborating on lab equipment calibration maintenance.
- Participating in projects to enhance procedural efficiency.
- Continuously learning through training sessions and meetings.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Medical Laboratory Technology.
- At least 6 months of experience in a industry regulated laboratory environment.
- Familiarity with the technical area, systems, and procedures.
- Knowledge of CAP/CLIA regulations.
- Proficiency in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Experience in handling hazardous chemicals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Competency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications from regulatory bodies are a plus.
