Your task
You are the face of Schüttflix in your sales region (North Baltimore, OH).

You explain the benefits of the Schüttflix app to our heroes on the construction site and help them use it in their daily work.

Your job plan in detail:

Acquiring new customers through direct sales/field work to increase our market share.
Providing allinone service from customer support to creating offers and building longterm customer relationships.
Conducting contract and price negotiations with suppliers.
Building a reliable partner network for Schüttflix.
Independently managing projects and construction projects in your region.

Your profile

You have a completed technical or commercial education or a comparable qualification.
You have gained practical experience in sales and in the construction materials and/or waste management industry.
You are familiar with road, civil engineering, demolition, or material flow management.
You are a handson person.
You are known for your initiative and have the drive to shape and optimize processes.
Problemsolving skills, solutionoriented thinking, and perseverance are among your strengths, as well as team spirit. In stressful situations, you keep your head and sense of humor.
You are proficient in MS Office and have a valid driver's license (Class B).
