YOUR TASKS

  • Ensure efficient Cloud and data center operations for the entire company, following industry best practices and utilizing project management techniques, with a focus on IT infrastructure and corporate network
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve endtoend network solutions and security measures to enhance user experience and productivity, with a special emphasis on corporate data centers (onpremises and Azure)
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, including security, client environment, LAN, WLAN, and WAN, to maximize efficiency
  • Coordinate data center LAN requirements, network security, implementation, and lifecycle management
  • Manage incidents, problems, and changes in a complex security environment, including onsite availability for data centers, cloud services, and headquarters
  • Provide regular network status reports to key stakeholders
  • Provide 2nd level support and followthesun support as needed

YOUR PROFILE

  • Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level)
  • 710 years of experience in customer networks
  • Strong customer/enduser focus and experience, with deep knowledge of CISCO networks (Catalyst/Nexus, UCS, Cisco Wi-Fi 6), IP telephony, and Office 365 Suite (especially MS Teams telephony)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in PaloAlto Firewall, Radware
