The Gateway Hotel & Conference Center is currently hiring a part-time Guest Service Representative to support our hotel operations. Nights and weekend availability preferred.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Perform accurate check-in and check-outs of guests daily
Answer telephone in a timely fashion
Make reservations over the phone and in person
Provide mutually beneficial solutions to guest complaints
Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift to ensure that everything balances at the end of shift
Exhibit teamwork throughout all departments of the hotel
**Qualifications**1-year experience at a hotel preferred, customer service experience required. Cash handling experience necessary. Hours would vary; open availability preferred, however nights and weekend availability is required.
