Our renowned client in the insurance industry in Hamburg is looking for a
Customer Service Representative Inbound (m/f/d) for their office in Ankeny, IA.

This position is available for 30 hours per week.

Your responsibilities:

Providing customer advice over the phone for all offered insurance products to existing customers
Processing incoming customer orders
Handling questions regarding contractual content
Managing customer complaints
Responding to social media inquiries

Your profile:

Previous experience in a similar position
Enjoy working with customers
High willingness to learn and good communication skills
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
