WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In theory:
- Practical training in the field of software technology
- Learning the fundamental technologies and skills of software development and their application in software projects
- Understanding the importance of digitalization and its impact on business processes
- Participation in all phases of resulting software development projects
- Acquisition of necessary skills for successful analysis, design, and implementation of software systems for heterogeneous application landscapes
In practice:
- Getting to know our products in the field of specialized bicycles
- Active participation in the software development team in requirements gathering, programming, and testing of software applications
- Contributing to IT security concepts for mobile IT systems for clients
- Exciting insights into the technical interfaces of our software products
- Acquisition and application of important engineering knowledge in various phases of product development and maintenance
- Building a professional network within the Rheinmetall Group
The dual study program begins on and lasts for 7 semesters
Participation in lectures at the Technical University of Central Hesse, practical phases, and a practical semester at the company
