Your new responsibilities and scope of impact:

Formulating and publishing job advertisements
Reviewing application documents
Conducting prescreening of applicants
Conducting phone and inperson interviews
Utilizing social media for recruiting
Filling open positions with suitable candidates
Managing the entire recruiting process
Collaborating with managers to develop job profiles
Proactively supporting the development of recruiting approaches and strategies
Preselecting and advising managers on suitable candidates
Collaborating with other HR departments

What you should bring:

Previous experience in recruiting and/or active sourcing
Open to career changers from the marketing or sales field we will train you in recruiting and active sourcing
Proficiency in MS Office
Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Strong communication skills in your native language and a structured and confident work style
