Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Perform regularly scheduled reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts and reports for cash related activities and A/ROversee monthly and quarterly financial statements preparation for clientsReview and make general ledger entriesCoordinate paperwork flow and approval processes for Accounts PayableMaintain depreciation schedules or other reports to support taxEnter and maintain budgets for clientsIntercompany transactional tracking and reporting

Qualifications:
Accounting or finance degree and relevant work experiencePublic accounting or family office experience preferredCPA preferredQuickBooks knowledgeMicrosoft Office Suite proficiencyInvestment accounting experience preferred
