    POSITION SUMMARY


    As an Accounting and Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, reporting, and financial control support, while driving process improvement through data analysis and supporting innovation initiatives.

    This full-time position is based in La Crosse, WI, working Monday through Friday.


    Additional responsibilities include:
    Manage day-to-day accounting functions.
    Supervise and lead administrative staff in multiple off-site locations.
    Prepare month end journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
    Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems and processes.
    Collaborate with cross functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
    Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies and relevant regulations.

    Position Requirements
    Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
    6+ years of related experience, 1-3 years supervisory experience.
    Must be detail oriented and have a strong work ethic.
    Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    Have strong customer service experience.
