We offer an attractive workplace in a modern nursing facility located in Hamburg Barmbek, directly on the Osterbekkanal. You will work in a small team and receive comprehensive and professional training.

Your responsibilities:

Performing basic and treatment care
Recognizing, assessing, and communicating the care needs of entrusted residents
Ensuring coordination tasks related to therapeutic and medical care, as well as necessary coordination for specialist medical care
Ensuring the care process
Maintaining nursing documentation and performance records
Maintaining contact and providing advice to family members to ensure cooperation between internal and external service providers within the framework of individual care

Supervising nursing assistants and interns

You bring with you:

Completed 3year nursing education
Positive attitude towards working with elderly and caredependent individuals, and interest in their life stories
Ability to work independently and with care
