Description
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Take responsibility for operational issues along the HR cycle in the areas of employee support and development.
- Actively participate in all HR projects and support the HR management.
- Become the central point of contact for our employees and managers for all HRrelated questions.
- Manage our HR system and be primarily responsible for maintaining employee master data.
- Work closely with recruiters on onboarding processes.
- Prepare and follow up on external payroll.
- Contribute to HR projects for the development of new concepts in recruiting, talent development, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, and other related topics.
- Collaborate closely with experts in recruiting, onboarding, employer branding, talent development, etc.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Successfully completed training in a commercial field or a degree in business administration, economics, management, or a similar field.
- Previous experience in HR, ideally in fastgrowing companies, startups, or consulting.
- Relevant work experience in similar positions is advantageous.
- Your work style is characterized by independence, proactivity, and practical orientation.
- Fluent in German and English.
