- Creates interactive, automated and ad-hoc reports using data associated with sales, service and operational effectiveness, member retention, and project/product performance using both Power BI and Excel.
- Aids in the gathering and documentation of functional requirements, user stories, and business/data/application/technology architectures, requirements, and business rules.
- Works with the team to support in-depth analyses of data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships. Assists in summarizing findings clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Supports data analytics processes, reporting and performance metrics to assist Agency leadership in achieving performance objectives.
- Follows established testing and validation procedures and best practices to ensure accuracy and quality of reporting.
- Helps identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects across multiple business lines.
- Be a rising sophomore or higher working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related degree.
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the program (June 3 – August 9, 2024; 10 weeks; 37.5hrs/week)

The Insurance Data Analytics team assesses risks and opportunities when developing new business processes, philosophies, and user experiences.
