FBCis hiring seasoned Mortgage Loan Originators in our Miami, FL branch

JobRequirements:

SuccessfulMortgage Loan Originators will proactively identify, develop and maintain aquality network of business relationships that will serve as a source ofreferrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. The external relationshipsfostered may consist of realtors, builders, professional and personal contacts.Successful Loan Originators participate in business related developmentopportunities, community efforts to promote home ownership and professionalorganizations. The Loan Originator is responsible for interviewing new andexisting customers to determine their financial needs and advising thosecustomers of appropriate products, terms, and pricing. The Loan Originator willnavigate the borrower through the process and help to gather requiredinformation through clear and timely communication. The Loan Originator is thefirst line of defense for the company and its investors, he or she isresponsible for the submission of clear accurate loan documentation andmaintaining industry compliance regulations. The Loan Originator must ensureappropriate procedures are followed while meeting sales goals and objectives.

3+ years of retail residential mortgage origination experience

Documented residentialmortgage loans closed volume in the past 12 months of $750,000 – $1 million permonth in production

Establishedrelationships with local referral networks

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences

Proficient in productguidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans

Strong PC skills and experience utilizing laptop technology

Must meet and complywith all requirements for Mortgage Loan Originators set forth in the SAFE Act,including, but not limited to successful completion of the required backgroundchecks and maintain active NMLS licensure
