- Working within a clearly defined Territory Business Plan that integrates fully with plans at Regional and National level.
- Manufacturing and Process Industries including water utilities, power generation, power distribution
- General Industry such as Power Generation, Paper & Pulp, Oil & Gas, Refining and Chemical Processing.
- Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Hospitals, Schools/Universities etc.
- Experience in business development.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills linked to well-developed communication and presentation skills, including fluency in English.
- The ability to operate with individuality and flair in a structured, professional environment that makes full use of IT-reliant reporting and product information systems.
- Relevant Industrial and/or Facilities Maintenance experience, combined with a demonstrable track record of success in B2C and B2B selling. Specific experience gained in a technically oriented solution driven setting would be an advantage.

Already a leader in the industrial repair market, Belzona Florida has set further ambitious growth targets. To achieve these, we need to strengthen our field sales team by recruiting an equally target driven individual to cover our territory in the Orlando area. The position will be home based, and will include travel to client sites within this territory, although you will work with the head office team located in Miami Lakes FL.
ROLE
Our Technical Sales Consultants are knowledgeable; customer service oriented and trained to instruct the client's personnel on the proper application techniques. You will hold responsibility for:
The successful candidates will sell a range of high quality products and systems for the repair and maintenance of industrial and commercial facilities. Typical key targets and clients would include:
The position will be territory-based working from home, and will involve calling on specifiers, end-users and contractors, creating and developing ongoing commercial relationships with contacts such as Chief Engineers, Works Managers, Production Directors, Operation Managers, Architects, Surveyors, Estates Managers, Health and Safety Officers, Environmental Engineers etc.
Another key objective of the role will be to provide a full service to all potential customers including inspection and diagnosis of problems and the recommendation of the appropriate Belzona solution. This will include on site product application training and supervision for customers' own maintenance teams. It will also include the onsite supervision of Contractors and customer contractor liaison.
