MIMS GROUP is in search of a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear objectives. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. In this role, you will immerse yourself in understanding our processes to cater to our current 2,000 business clients, while also expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be leading a small team in these responsibilities, guiding them towards success. As you become proficient in our systems and procedures, you will progress into the role of Agency Director.

This position offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and support our existing client base
• Explore new business prospects within the B2B sector
• Supervise and monitor team performance and outcomes
• Provide training and guidance to new team members on established systems
• Regularly report on field activities using our Salesforce-based CRM
• Concentrate on daily recruitment, training, and leadership advancement

• Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines efficiently
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
• Aptitude for task prioritization and delegation where necessary
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment

• Prior experience in sales or customer service

• Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

Licensing Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
• A clean background check and access to personal transportation
• Minimum 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
