Job Title: RPA Business Analyst
Location: Paramus, NJ
Contract to Hire

Description: Seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst proficient in UIPath to optimize business processes through automation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, design UIPath solutions, and facilitate implementation. They will also be responsible for configuring automation workflows, testing solutions, managing change, and providing documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with RPA focus.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and UIPath proficiency.
Experience in RPA implementation methodologies and governance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
UIPath certification preferred.
