Your tasks:
- Professional leadership of production employees (m/f/d) in shift operation
- Ensuring a smooth production process to meet delivery deadlines
- Rectification of minor technical malfunctions on production equipment and supporting production IT systems (MES)
- Participation in production planning
Your profile:
- Training as an electronics technician (m/f/d) for devices and systems with initial work experience, state-certified technician/master (m/f/d) in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
- Initial leadership experience desirable
- Ideal experience with production processes/methods
- Good MS Office and SAP knowledge
- High level of independence and responsibility
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
