As the Head of Battery Testing Facility, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of automotive technology. What to Expect:

Lead a team of 30 engineers - responsible for technical operations and people management of the Test Centre department.
Define business objectives and formulate business development strategies in line with company mission and market needs.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement in safety protocols in line with company and industry standards.
Provide employee training to ensure regulatory standards are met and gain approval from authorities.

Qualifications:

Technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or mechatronics - coupled with a strong business acumen.
Support sales efforts and contribute to the successful launch and scaling of battery laboratory operations.
Previous experience in large-sized team
