Our client is an established strategic consulting firm, whose experienced experts operate in the fields of politics and communication for national and international companies.


For their Berlin location, they are currently seeking an Office Manager / Assistant (m/f/d) to join their team on a direct and permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for office management for the entire team and provide personal assistance to the managing director.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Being the first point of contact (m/f/d) for employees, clients, and all other stakeholders
  • Working closely with other administrative teams (accounting, personal assistance to the shareholders)
  • Managing employees
  • Managing the telephone switchboard and office supplies
  • Handling incoming mail, filing, and general correspondence in German and English
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring appointments
  • Travel management, including expense reports
  • Organizing and preparing meetings, sessions, and conferences
  • Supporting client management (time tracking, performance documentation)
  • General administrative tasks
  • Project management

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Solid professional experience as a team assistant, in office management, or as a personal assistant
  • Confident, friendly, and stylish appearance
  • Assertiveness and strong communication skills, solutionoriented work, loyalty, and discretion
  • Teamwork and a strong service mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
  • Good to very good English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
