Description

The Schwarz IT KG is responsible for the selection, provision, operation and further development of IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications as the central IT service provider. This includes providing IT services for both Kaufland and Lidl as well as for Schwarz Dienstleistung KG. In order to support the departments in their business processes with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers requirements from the departments in consultation meetings and works together with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your tasks

Interface between IT, specialist and compliance departments (including data protection, labor law, works council)
Contact person for IT departments for questions regarding the introduction / modification of IT systems
Support in fulfilling compliance requirements for the introduction or modification of challenging IT systems
Support and optimization of the process for compliance with co-determination rights during the introduction and modification of IT systems
Documentation and maintenance of relevant information within your projects and initiatives
Supporting employees of the Schwarz Group in creating relevant documents for assessing co-determination obligations and presenting them to employee representatives
Coordination, preparation and participation in meetings with works councils in the context of the introduction or modification of IT systems
Support and further development of IT tools for risk management in the context of the introduction or modification of IT systems
