Your Profile:
- Completed degree in a commercial field or comparable commercial qualification
- Professional experience in a management position
- Knowledge in the field of welfare associations (preferably emergency services, nursing, and nonprofit organizations) and association structures
- Identification with the principles of the German Red Cross
- Teamwork and sense of responsibility
- Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Commercial management of accounting, controlling, personnel, and procurement for the various departments of the district association
- Participation in calculations and budget negotiations
- Budget balancing calculation for all service providers in the Main-Kinzig district
- Management and evaluation of statistics
- Preparation of interim income statements and annual financial statements
- Development of new business areas and profitability calculations
- Taking on project management, market surveys, and market analysis
- Close cooperation with the management and department heads
