Together with the city of Regensburg shaping the future

We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for occupational safety in the funeral service department at the community center.


The funeral service department includes the municipal funeral company Städtische Bestattung, the municipal crematorium, and the municipal cemeteries in Regensburg.

The tasks include in particular the updating of risk assessments and operating instructions (including organizing training sessions).


Position classification:
Pay scale A - A 11 BayBesG or EG 9b TVöD

Duration:
Permanent

Working hours:
Part-time with 20 hours per week

The job posting and filling of the position is subject to the creation of the position in the framework of the staffing plan for the 2023 budget and its implementation.

What are your main tasks?

  • Development, updating, and evaluation of work instructions, risk assessments, and operating instructions
  • Organization, implementation, and documentation of training sessions
  • Ensuring the inspection obligations for vehicles, equipment, machinery, and technical systems
  • Procurement of personal protective equipment
  • Collaboration with the occupational safety specialist
  • Participation in special tasks of the department as directed by the department head, especially during elections and votes
