    Description

    Overview:

    Pyro is a new concept featuring a hybrid of Japanese Izakaya and New American Cuisine highlighting high-quality ingredients and culinary techniques.

    Responsibilities:

    Previous sushi experience preferred but not required. It is essential that you possess outstanding knife skills, as this is a key element of the role.

    • Culinary Knowledge: Showcases expertise in knife techniques, diverse cuisines and presentation, elevating dish quality and aesthetics.
