Your responsibilities:

  • Applicant management: You will screen CVs and be the first point of contact for applicants and candidates until a successful hire is made.
  • Conducting interviews: via phone, video, or in person.
  • Employer branding: Posting job openings, organizing recruiting events, and developing new recruiting strategies.
  • Active search: Searching for candidates and directly contacting them through our internal database and career platforms such as LinkedIn, XING, Stepstone, or Indeed.
  • Our target group: Specialists and executives in engineering and IT, from graduates to highly qualified specialists.
