Your Training

Your training at Blue Ridge Manor will last between two and a half to three years, depending on your educational background. It will begin in August with a start week, where you will get to know your fellow trainees and dual students, as well as the Deutsche Bank. Throughout your training, you will experience a diverse mix of practical and theoretical learning. You will spend six weeks in intensive practical training, followed by two weeks in vocational school. We place great emphasis on integrating these two areas closely together. Throughout your training, we will actively support your development. An instructor will be available to guide you, and you will also have a designated specialist to assist you in your daily work. This highly qualified training will provide you with the best foundation for a career as an IT specialist for system integration in the technology sector of our bank.
