The Company


Our client is a nationwide project development and real estate company that specializes in complex planning and construction projects in the residential and commercial sector.

The Position

  • As an experienced tax consultant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for providing tax and business consulting services in the areas of income tax, corporate taxes, and tax compliance.
  • You will lead a small team of 3 employees.
  • Your responsibilities will include preparing complex tax returns and reviewing tax assessments.
  • You will also develop tax concepts for defined business transactions (company/foundation formation, mergers, purchase and rental agreements) in collaboration with external tax consultants.
  • You will accompany tax audits within the company group and be responsible for incorporating the results of these audits.
  • You will also contribute to the preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements and support special tax projects.
Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed the tax consultant exam.
  • You have several years of professional experience in tax consulting and preparing financial statements.
  • You have relevant experience in tax, commercial, and corporate law.
  • You possess logicalanalytical thinking skills, a serviceoriented mindset, and a sense of quality and responsibility.
  • Your personality is characterized by dedication, communication skills, and a confident demeanor.
  • You can rely on your ability to solve complex issues and manage your time effectively.
