For our location in Westwood, KY, we are currently seeking a Controller (m/f/d) to join our team at our Parsberg site (near Regensburg / Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz) as soon as possible or at the earliest opportunity.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibility for reporting
Participation in annual planning and budget processes
Collaboration in the preparation of monthly results and yearend financial statements in close coordination with the accounting department
Conducting monthly target/actual analyses for relevant key figures in the production and sales environment
Monitoring project costs and participating in project postcalculation
Identifying weaknesses, deriving and implementing corresponding measures, and monitoring their success
Providing input for important decisionmaking aids to support management
Establishing a financial early warning system based on relevant key figures, including intervention limits
Continuously improving existing processes with a focus on the ERP system (SAP ECC)

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering
Professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the manufacturing industry
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience working with an ERP system (ideally SAP ECC in the FI, CO, MM, PS, PP modules)
Independent, conscientious, and teamoriented work style, as well as strong analytical skills
Interest and understanding of commercial and logistical processes and connections
Ability to understand complex problems, develop solutions, and accompany their implementation
