- Responsible for managing the shift independently
- Handling checkins and checkouts
- Accepting and entering reservations
- Creating and verifying invoices
- Ensuring and maintaining the prescribed standards
- Coaching colleagues and trainees
- Collaborating with the housekeeping department
- Handling phone inquiries
- Processing reservation requests
