Description

We are currently seeking a Transport Administrator / Commercial Clerk for Freight and Logistics Services (m/f/d) for our Global Transport Logistics division in Dormagen.

Your commitment and attention to detail will be the foundation for meeting the highest demands of our customers.

Your responsibilities:
✓ Creation and verification of freight invoices
✓ Compensation of ancillary costs
✓ Cost control in our own HOYER system (Vista)
✓ Handling and processing of claims
✓ Various administrative tasks in contractor and fleet compensation

Your qualifications:
✓ Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or equivalent
✓ Previous experience in a similar position is desirable
✓ Proficient in MS Office
✓ Good written and spoken German and English skills
✓ Independent and structured work style, as well as team spirit
