Role Overview: As a Systems Engineer specializing in VMware and Linux environments, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of Parker's IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and managing VMware systems, as well as administering Linux servers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and manage VMware environments, including ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct proactive maintenance activities to ensure infrastructure availability and reliability.
  • Analyze log files and use diagnostic tools to resolve complex issues within the VMware vSphere 7.x environment.
