Summary


We are currently seeking a specialist (m/f/d) in debt management at our location in Ratingen, starting as soon as possible.


  • Processing of distressed and enforced debts
  • Possible onboarding of debts and reversal (acquisition service)
  • Written correspondence with debtors, lawyers, courts, bailiffs, and potentially others, for the purpose of negotiation and/or clarification of the situation with the debtor, including possible telephone processing if necessary
  • Monitoring and processing of deadlines
  • Processing of incoming mail (possibly checking fees and cost invoices) and followup
  • Enforcement of court orders within the framework of the judicial dunning process, including responses to objections, delivery notifications, and legal remedy information, according to agreed procedures and texts with the contracted lawyer, including accompanying legal proceedings if necessary
  • Possible creation and monitoring of debt calculations, final calculations, and payment requests
  • Possible submission of enforcement requests, according to agreed procedures and texts with the contracted lawyer
  • Possible preparation of enforcement measures, as well as evaluation of bailiff reports, thirdparty information, and asset listings, and initiation of associated followup activities
  • Possible obtaining and evaluation of credit reports from all leading credit agencies in the B2B and B2C sectors
  • Responses to insolvency proceedings, possibly processing of incoming insolvency challenges
  • Proactive negotiation with debtors and reaching payment agreements within given competencies
  • Documentation of the agreed payment agreements in the debt collection system, possibly also manual file
