Job Description:

  • Caring for residents
  • Organizing and managing nursing processes
  • Advising individuals in need of care and their families
  • Performing nursing tasks and medical duties
  • Ensuring highquality care and support
  • Providing care and support for residents and assisting with daily activities
  • Encouraging and motivating meaningful activities and leisure time

Requirements:

  • At least a secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss Typ 10 A plus)
  • Basic physical fitness
  • Respectful and responsible interaction with people
  • Empathy and a friendly demeanor
  • Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
