Your Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Controller, you will be responsible for reporting. This includes assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as creating management reports and variance analyses.
  • You will also conduct target/actual comparisons at various levels (products, departments, cost categories).
  • You will independently handle individual projects and work crossfunctionally with different departments.
  • Another focus of your role is budgeting and forecasting. This includes monthly forecasting, participating in the budgeting process, and collaborating with budget owners to create annual budgets and forecasts.
  • You will independently identify optimization and cost reduction potentials.
  • Continuously optimizing and developing internal processes in the controlling area completes your profile.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in a businessrelated field (industrial engineering, business administration, economics) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, as well as experience in finance or accounting, preferably in an industrial company
  • Proficient in modern controlling tools
  • Ideally, some project experience
