Queisser Pharma develops, produces, and distributes over-the-counter medicines, dietary supplements, and medical devices as a successful medium-sized company with over 700 employees internationally.

Our brands Doppelherz and Protefix hold leading positions in their respective markets and are distributed to end consumers in Germany and abroad through pharmacies, drugstores, consumer markets, and e-commerce.

The international share is 40%. In addition, our brands Stozzon, Ramend, Litozin, and Tiger Balm are also distributed domestically.

To strengthen our team in Flensburg, we are currently looking for a Commercial Employee (m/f/d) for our Front Office, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities In addition to traditional reception tasks such as operating the telephone switchboard, processing incoming mail, and welcoming and assisting our sometimes international visitors, your responsibilities will also include the following:
Managing our digital applicant management system Umantis in all phases, including creating and posting job advertisements Managing our electronic time tracking system ATOSS, processing all relevant data including creating evaluations Optimizing processes and systems for existing procedures and digital applications Organizing and planning various internal topics, such as company training for our apprentices, company-wide examination of opportunities for (student) interns, or creating materials for different projects Supporting the HR department and taking on general commercial tasks Your profile You have completed a service-oriented commercial education - preferably with additional training - and have relevant professional experience You are motivated and used to keeping track of things in a lively and
