What can you expect?

You will be responsible for maintaining the employee database and digital personnel files, as well as reviewing travel expense reports
You will record working hours, sick and vacation days, overtime, and departures
You will communicate with authorities and health insurance companies and ensure compliance with all reporting obligations
You will create certificates and other documents for employees and support us in payroll and personnel accounting
You will support us in personnel recruitment and process documentation
