Commercial Employee (m/f/d) Customer Service for our renowned client in Hamburg.

Your responsibilities:

Customer monitoring and support
Receiving driver reports and checking freight documents
Processing and recording customer complaints
Creating customerspecific statistics
Monitoring customer shipments

Your profile:

Completed vocational training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist or equivalent qualification
Experience in dealing with customers
Proficient in MS Office and a transport management system
Good German and English skills
Teamwork, resilience, assertiveness, as well as strong communication skills and customer orientation
