Building Cleaning Full-time:

Your responsibilities with us:

  • Leading and instructing your cleaning team
  • Intensive professional communication with the client
  • Quality assurance for cleaning services provided
  • Documenting your team's working hours
  • Conducting special assignments, such as postrenovation cleanings
  • Supporting quality and environmental management

Your assigned location is in St. Charles, VA.

What we are looking for:

  • Training as a building cleaner or several years of relevant work experience
  • Ideally, experience in team leadership
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Willingness to work in shifts and empathy
  • Customer orientation, reliability, and accuracy
