We are a non-profit organization located in the heart of Berlin, with 25 years of experience. Our mission is to promote the greatest possible independence for every individual. We are dedicated to supporting people with disabilities to live and thrive independently. Our services include supported individual living and shared living communities. As a special offering, we provide supported individual living for people with cognitive impairments aged 50 and above.

Each team member is an integral part of our organization.

We value the expertise and personal experiences that each team member brings, and we encourage a hands-on mentality in our flat hierarchy.

Your role in our team:

Our shared living community is looking for a team member (m/f/d) who is empathetic, person-centered, and friendly towards residents and team members.

The main tasks include social pedagogical support and promoting the well-being of people aged 50 and above with cognitive impairments in the shared living community.

In our supported shared living community, we work together with five residents to create a daily routine.

The focus of our pedagogical support is to maintain individual abilities and develop new skills for aging, in order to enable the highest level of independent living in the shared living community.
