We are currently seeking a
Case Management Employee (f/m/d) for the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry, to start as soon as possible.

This is a permanent position with a desired employment rate of 100%.

The clinic offers a comprehensive range of treatments for all types of mental illnesses. It is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic procedures, allowing for the evaluation of complex mental disorders.


What you can look forward to:

  • Regular contact with patients for therapy and treatment planning, developing solutions and methods for stabilization, and providing guidance to parents of young patients
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all relevant parties involved in the patient's care (school, youth welfare office, social services, etc.)
  • Coordinating with the responsible therapist in the TIBAS team
  • Documenting and creating classification criteria in the clinical workplace system SAP/Meona
  • Attending weekly meetings (visits, multiprofessional case discussions, monthly external supervision)
  • Being the contact person for one or more wards/day clinics in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
