- Event planning experience is required
- Experience managing a team in a leadership role

- Experience planning events / lunches /dinner events, planned menu for these meetings

- Oversee the daily maintenance of client and service pantries
- Coordinates daily schedule for all catering and beverage setups
- Sets daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Enforces policies and procedures
- Manages supply ordering and hospitality inventory
- Research new vendors, caterers and material replacement
- Engage with on-site suppliers
- Provide any follow up reporting on all hospitality details and weekly and monthly reports
- Directs and oversees all meeting and events
- Oversees all Food and Beverage / catering orders
- Curates aesthetically pleasing event layouts
- Maintains an inventory for all wine and beer selections for meeting and events
- Point of contact for all Event Teams
- Plans, executes and manages all logistics for meetings and events
- Monitor timelines and deadlines related to all aspects of events
- Provide any follow up reporting post event
