Description

We are seeking a professional, friendly and energetic individual with great customer service skills to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at our Community Center in the TriBeCa neighborhood of Manhattan. This is a part-time, hourly position, 20-30 hours, 3-4 days per week.

Daytime shifts (9am - 6pm) and evening shifts (1pm - 9pm) are available, and at least one weekend day of availability is required.

Pay: $18/hourKey Responsibilities

Check in members
Provide accurate information regarding Community Center programming
Manage afterschool sign out process
Receive and track packages
Answer phones
Assist administrative staff as needed
Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Strong communication skills

Proactive self-starter with a team player mindset
Experience working with children ages 6 months
5 years is a plus
Previous customer service or office experience preferred-
