We are currently seeking a Project Management Employee (m/f/d) with a focus on Ecological Sustainability to join our Fans & Club Affairs department as soon as possible. The position is initially limited to two years.

Your responsibilities:

Support the implementation of the sustainability strategy of FC Schalke 04 with a focus on energy and emissions as well as rating, monitoring, and reporting
Develop key performance indicators and conceptualize action plans to achieve strategic goals for sustainability
Actively participate in the development of (creative) sustainability projects as well as traditional project management
Independently handle assigned topic areas
Create and conduct presentations
Prepare and compile meeting documents
Organize and attend meetings and appointments

Your profile:

Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as sustainability
Minimum of three years of professional experience in sustainability management/ESG management
Familiarity with relevant certifications
Affinity for key performance indicators and reports, as well as attention to detail in data comparisons
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication skills, team player, resilient, and flexible
Highly organized and serviceoriented with a structured and independent work style
Good knowledge of English
