Group Leader for Export Shipping (m/f/d)

What awaits you:

Initially, you will take on leadership responsibility for an operational team in the export shipping department of about 15 employees, with the number of employees expected to grow in the medium term
You are responsible for actively managing export shipping and ensuring smooth workflow processes
You support the overall export shipping department in strategic alignment and internal process management
You are responsible for handling export activities throughout Europe, including monitoring compliance with regulations and laws
You are a subject matter expert in complex logistics projects and work on futureoriented digitization topics from development to implementation
You monitor performance and cost indicators and work closely with other departments (fulfillment, purchasing, transport services)

What we expect:

You have a degree in business administration with a focus on logistics/supply chain management
You have extensive leadership experience and several years of professional experience in operational logistics
Alternatively, you have a background in freight forwarding, relevant further education, and several years of professional and leadership experience
You are characterized
