    About the Role

    The Company is seeking an inaugural Chief of Staff to work in close partnership with the President and senior leaders. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, analytical problem-solver, and collaborative leader with exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities include ensuring the President's priorities and key strategic initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented, serving as a thought partner in the development of new initiatives, and improving the productivity of interactions between staff and the President. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in preparing briefings, presentations, and agendas for various meetings, and will support the engagement of the Board of Trustees.

    This role requires a minimum of 7 years' of relevant professional experience, with a preference for those who have worked in a nonprofit or entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have a track record of translating high-level strategic priorities into actionable projects, increasing cross-departmental collaboration, and building trust across diverse teams. A background or demonstrated interest in American history, civics, or related fields is a plus. Personal attributes should include a passion for the company's mission, high emotional intelligence, excellent judgment, and a solutions-oriented, analytical mindset. xhmxlyz The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for supervising the President's Office and Board Operations Coordinator and for helping to design and coordinate events that foster a positive team culture.
