We have raised $25m to date, partner with some of the world's largest and most complex enterprises (Fortune 500 and equivalent), and are currently growing our team from approximately 30 to 60 employees.

THE ROLE
We're seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and join the leadership team.
You'll drive revenue growth and key company initiatives, optimize organizational effectiveness, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and ensure the company executes on its most critical priorities.

What You'll Do:
Partner with CEO on strategic planning, decision-making, and company-wide initiatives
Deputise for the CEO in meetings and negotiations with Global Enterprise C-suite executives
Drive execution of high-priority projects across the company (GTM, Growth, Product, Ops)
Facilitate leadership team meetings, board preparation, and investor communications
Own strategic projects including market expansion, partnerships opportunities, and operational improvements
Serve as liaison between CEO and department heads to ensure alignment and accountability
Analyze business performance metrics and provide insights to inform strategic decisions
Manage special projects related to fundraising, M&A exploration, or strategic partnerships
Support organizational development initiatives
Represent CEO in meetings and external engagements as needed (e.g. speak at events, present to execs/board, run all-hands)
Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively solve problems before they escalate
EXPERIENCE:
You might be a good fit if you have:10-12+ years of experience in Chief of Staff or Chief of Staff adjacent roles e.g.
Experience in tech, Corporate B2B or Enterprise SaaS (could be a plus, but is not essential)
Developed relationships with Large Enterprise C-suite executives, nurtured Champions, driving action across Large Enterprise organisations / formed deep partnerships as a result of these relationships
Demonstrated success/passion for research initiatives in an academic environment or similar
Experience in high growth startup and scale up environments
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with executive audiences
Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
Extreme ownership mentality with ability to work autonomously
Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
Strong project management skills e.g. financial modeling or data analysis capabilities
